THE PERFECT PIZZA
The wood-burning oven is not just an aesthetic accessory but a real fundamental ingredient for creating the perfect pizza.
With a temperature of over 400° and the use of beech wood, it gives the pizza that slight smoky taste that is impossible to obtain with electric ovens.
We are also of the opinion that a good pizza should be eaten hot and freshly taken out of the oven, so we have made the decision not to carry out the take-away service but to welcome our guests to our restaurant to offer an unprecedented culinary experience.
